LL Lucky Games AB (publ) (OM:LADYLU) signed a letter of intent to acquire Spigo ApS on September 1, 2021. As per the transaction, LL Lucky Games will pay an undisclosed sum in cash and newly issued shares. Spigo Founder and majority owner Kasper Kau will become Director of Business Development.
The transaction is expected to close by the end of September 2021.
