Beginning January 30, the NFL and Ticketmaster provide fans the added convenience and security of two authorized NFL Ticket Exchange retail locations in Manhattan. Walk-up retail locations for NFL Ticket Exchange will be open at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Times Square Manhattan (1605 Broadway at 49(th) Street, 2(nd) Floor) and at the NFL Shop at Super Bowl, Macy's Herald Square (151 W. 34(th) Street, 4(th) Floor). On game day, fans will be able to pick up their Super Bowl XLVII tickets anytime up until kickoff at the NFL Ticket Exchange Crowne Plaza location and at the NFL Ticket Exchange Trailer outside MetLife Stadium.
