Liuzhou Iron&Steel Co., Ltd (SHSE:601003) entered into a framework agreement to acquire Guangxi Zhongjin Metal Technology Co.,Ltd. from a group of sellers in November 2017. The consideration will be paid in cash and shares. The cash consideration will be financed through raising of supporting funds. Everbright Securities Co., Ltd. and Changjiang Financing Services Co., Ltd. acted as joint financial advisors, BDO China Shu Lun Pan Certified Public Accountants LLP acted as accountant and AllBright Law Offices acted as legal advisor to Liuzhou Iron&Steel Co., Ltd.
