(Stock Code: 1383) GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS

This announcement is made pursuant to Rules 17.06A of the Rules (the "Listing Rules") Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange").

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Sun Century Group Limited (the "Company") hereby announces on 11 January 2017 (the "Date of Grant"), the Board had resolved to grant a total of 150,000,000 share options (the "Options") to the eligible participants (the "Grantees"), subject to the acceptance of the Grantees, under the share option scheme adopted by the Company on 2 June 2016 (the "Share Option Scheme"). The Options shall entitle the Grantees to subscribe for a total of 150,000,000 new ordinary shares of HK$0.10 each (the "Share(s)") in the share capital of the Company.

Details of the Options granted as follows:

Date of grant : 11 January 2017 (the "Date of Grant")

Exercise price of the Options granted

: HK$0.202 per Share, being the highest of (i) the closing price of HK$0.197 per Share as quoted in the Stock Exchange's daily quotations sheet on the Date of Grant; (ii) the average closing price of HK$0.202 per Share as quoted in the Stock Exchange's daily quotations sheets for the five business days immediately preceding the Date of Grant; and

(iii) the nominal value of HK$0.10 per Share

Consideration for the grant : HK$1.00 to be paid by each Grantee upon acceptance of

the Options granted

Number of Options granted : 150,000,000 Options (each Option shall entitle the holder of

the Option to subscribe for one Share)

Closing price of the Share on the Date of Grant

: HK$0.197 per Share

Validity period of the Share Options

: From 11 January 2017 to 10 January 2027

None of the Grantees is a Director, chief executive or substantial shareholder of the Company or any of their respective associates (as defined under the Listing Rules).
