The Company's main activities consist of the operation and management of various tourist projects, such as resorts, hotel apartments and restaurants. The Companyâs main subsidiaries include Karina Properties Ltd, which owns property for the development of tourism projects; Vesta Tourist Management Ltd, engaged in renting and managing hotels and other tourist accommodations; Karkavatsos & Co. S.A., a Greece-based company that owns and operates the five-star beach hotel Panorama in Chania, Crete, and Rosethorn Ltd, which owns property for hotel and resort development.
