Leader Harmonious Drive Systems Co., Ltd. (SHSE:688017) agreed to acquire 50% stake in Zhangjiagang Guotai Zhida Special Equipment Co., Ltd. from Gui Lai for CNY 2 million on September 11, 2020. The transaction is expected to close before September 30, 2020. The transaction has been reviewed and approved at the 12th meeting of the first board of directors of Leader Harmonious Drive Systems Co., Ltd.
Leader Harmonious Drive Systems Co Ltd is a company engaged in research and development, production and sales of precision transmission devices. The Company's primary products are harmonic reducers, mechatronics actuators and precision parts. The harmonic reducer products are comprised of LCD series suitable for robot manufacturing, as well as LCS series, LCSG series, LHD series, LHS series and LHSG series. The mechatronics actuator products are produced by integrating servo systems, harmonic reducers and sensors, including rotary actuators and reduction modules. The precision part products include stainless steel machined parts, aluminum machined parts and copper machined parts.
