Land and Houses Public Company Limited announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2019. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was THB 6,539.032 million compared to THB 7,680.262 million a year ago. Net income was THB 1,852.381 million compared to THB 3,424.623 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was THB 0.16 compared to THB 0.29 a year ago. For the half year, sales was THB 12,237.277 million compared to THB 15,654.777 million a year ago. Net income was THB 3,678.184 million compared to THB 5,890.300 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was THB 0.31 compared to THB 0.49 a year ago.
Land and Houses Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company, which is principally engaged in property development. The Company operates through two segments: Real estate business, and Rental and service business. Real estate business segment consists of houses, townhouses and residence condominium projects for sale. Rental and service business segment consists of shopping mall, apartment for rent, hotel and project management. The principal business of the Company is residential housing development, concentrating particularly on single detached houses. The Company mostly develops in the Greater Bangkok and its vicinities, and in other cities in Thailand, including Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Khon Kaen, Nakhonratchasima, Udonthani, HuaHin, Phuket, Mahasarakham and Ayuthaya. Its projects include inizio Suksawat-Prachauthit, inizio bangna, Villaggio Srinakarin, Villaggio Bangyai, Villaggio Rangsit Khlong 2, Villaggio 2 srinakarin-bangna, Villaggio Phet Kasem - Sai 4 and other.
