JSC "KuibyshevAzot" is implementing a project on the reconstruction of the polyamide-6 production with its capacity expansion through the construction of a new line. The supplier of the equipment is Polymer Engineering (Germany). The volume of planned investment in the project amounts to 1.6 billion roubles. The line capacity will constitute 160 tons / day or 58 thousand tons per year. The new plant will produce polymer for the production of engineering plastics, films, yarns and fibers.
After starting the line in the first half of 2016, the total capacity of "KuibyshevAzot" on polyamide-6 will be increased to 215 thousand tons per year.
According to the results of the contest, held by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the results of which were published on 9/12/2014, the project on expansion of production volume of the polyamide became the number one in the list of complex investment projects on focus areas of civil industry. Therefore, "KuibyshevAzot" will receive from the federal budget subsidies on loans taken for its implementation.
"Taking into account the increase of borrowing costs this year, this mechanism, which allows companies to get a subsidy of 90% of the refinancing rate of the Central Bank on received loans proves its relevance. Furthermore it will significantly reduce the cost of the credit for the companies in the implementation of investment projects", - said First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Gleb Nikitin at the meeting of the interdepartmental commission, which has selected the best investment projects for the allocation of state subsidies.
As noted in the materials of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, they have considered 46 projects and selected among them 30 with a total investment of 34 billion roubles. According to preliminary data, the total amount of subsidies for investment projects in 2015 may reach up to 1 billion roubles.
