The Board of Directors of KS Bancorp, Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share for stockholders of record as of January 30, 2019, with payment to be made on February 14, 2019.
KS Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company. The Company offers a range of personal and business banking products and services, mortgage products and trust services. The Company operates through its subsidiary, KS Bank, Inc. (the Bank), which conducts its operations through nine full-service branch offices in Kenly, Goldsboro, Wilson, Garner, Selma, Clayton, Wendell, Four Oaks and Smithfield, North Carolina, as well as a loan production office in Dunn.
