Assima : and Lloyds Banking Group acknowledged twice for award winning cloning software project

LONDON - December 6, 2017 - Assima, together with client Lloyds Banking Group win two highly prestigious awards. The first award is a gold award in the Best Learning Technologies Project - UK Commercial Sector category at the 2017 Learning Technologies Awards. The second award is a silver award in the Best Use of Technology in learning category at the 2017 Training Journal awards. The winning entries focus around their implementation of cloning software, to build a substantial catalog of training simulations across their multi-branded business, using agile project management.

Lloyds Banking Group were finding their legacy systems were holding them back and affecting their customer service and independent ratings. Complicated products, lengthy processes and brand differences plus little opportunity for learning made finding a solution a tough challenge. Assima worked in partnership with the business and agile project management methods allowed content to be uploaded to the LMS within five weeks of development starting.

The judges from the Learning Technologies awards comment 'cloning software from Assima revolutionized training by enabling safe practice on replica systems while telling the customer story in a meaningful way so that it wouldn't be forgotten. Quality scores of recruits went from 40%-90% and the all-important independent ratings returned to top marks'. The judges concluded: 'The speed at which this complex system was rolled out and impacted the bottom line was phenomenal. The program demonstrated how the power of great agile project management and stakeholder engagement, combined with technology applied well, delivers lasting results.'
