Kkalpana Industries (India) Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Deepesh Tiwari as Independent Director of the Company, with effect from close of business hours on June 29, 2024, citing reasons of other professional commitments as stated in his resignation letter. Consequently, he shall also cease to be a Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company.
