Kish Bancorp, Inc. (OTCPK:KISB) announced a private placement of non-convertible debt for gross proceeds of $10,000,000 on September 22, 2015. The company will issue the securities pursuant to exemption provided under Regulation D. The minimum investment accepted from any outside investor is $100,000.
Kish Bancorp, Inc. is a diversified financial service company. Kish Bank, a subsidiary of the Company, operates approximately 18 offices and financial centers serving Centre, Mifflin, Huntingdon, Blair, and Juniata counties, and northeastern Ohio.
