Keppel REIT : Management appoints new CEO

Keppel REIT Management Limited, as Manager of Keppel REIT ('Manager'), wishes to announce that Ms Jesline Goh (吴慧萍) will be appointed as the Chief Executive Officer-Designate of the Manager with effect from 10 January 2017. Ms Goh will succeed Ms Ng Hsueh Ling (黄雪铃) as Chief Executive Officer ('CEO') on 1 February 2017, subject to regulatory approval.

Ms Ng will relinquish her role as CEO and Executive Director of the Manager, and assume a new role as Director, New Businesses, at Keppel Corporation Limited, also with effect from 1 February 2017. This is part of the Keppel Group's regular rotation and succession planning for key executives.

Dr Audrey Chin, Chairman of the Manager, said, 'The Board appreciates and thanks Hsueh Ling for her contributions to Keppel REIT Management over the past seven years. During this period, Keppel REIT continued to grow and is now one of Asia's leading REITs with a quality portfolio of premium assets in key financial districts in Singapore and Australia.'

On Ms Goh's appointment, Dr Chin said, 'The Board is confident that Jesline will augment and further strengthen Keppel REIT Management's team. Her in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in the real estate sector will enable a smooth transition so that Keppel REIT can continue to deliver sustainable returns to Unitholders.'

Ms Jesline Goh, 43, has over 18 years of experience in investment and corporate finance of which, more than
12 years were in real estate investment management, asset management, creation of real estate funds, financing and strategic capital management. Prior to joining the Manager, she was the Deputy CEO (Singapore) of Perennial Real Estate Holdings Limited. Ms Goh was previously with the CapitaLand Group, and her last appointment was Deputy CEO of CapitaLand Mall Trust Management Limited and concurrently Deputy Country Head (Singapore) of CapitaLand Mall Asia Limited.

Ms Goh is a CFA charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (First Class Honours) from the National University of Singapore. She has also completed the Executive Development Program at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, USA.
