Kenexa (NYSE: KNXA), a global provider of business solutions for human resources, today announced that Cargill, an international producer and marketer of food, agricultural, financial and industrial products and services, has agreed to use Kenexa to implement, develop and oversee an employee engagement survey to its entire workforce of 140,000 employees around the world.

Cargill has signed a three-year agreement with Kenexa to administer an employee engagement survey.

Cargill selected Kenexa because of Kenexa's global footprint, easy-to-use reporting capabilities and proven track record to oversee a global survey. Kenexa will provide Cargill an employee engagement survey in a web-based format and paper version that will be translated into 29 different languages.
