Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad (the Bank) is engaged in the investment banking business, provision of stockbroking and related financial services. The Bank’s segments include investment banking, stockbroking, listed derivatives, investment and wealth management, corporate and others. The investment banking segment includes the investment banking business, treasury and related financial services. The stockbroking segment consists of dealings in equity securities and investment-related services. The listed derivatives segment is engaged in the futures broking business. The investment and wealth management segment is engaged in the management of funds and unit trusts. The corporate and others segment includes support services, which comprise all middle and back-office functions, and includes business operations conducted by its associates in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Sri Lanka and joint venture companies. It is also engaged in money lending, Islamic factoring, and leasing.
