InGenesis, Inc. agreed to acquire Healthcare specialty business of Kelly Services, Inc. from Kelly Services, Inc. (NasdaqGS:KELY.A) on January 10, 2018. The transaction is fully financed by InGenesis. Kelly employees will transition to InGenesis. No positions were eliminated as a result of the acquisition. The transaction is expected to close in February 2018.
Kelly Services, Inc. is a specialty talent and workforce solutions provider operating throughout the world. It operates through four segments: Professional & Industrial (P&I); Science, Engineering & Technology (SET); Education, and Outsourcing & Consulting Group (OCG).
