Sensortec Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire KB No.25 Special Purpose Acquisition Company in a reverse merger transaction for KRW 2.1 billion.

Sensortec Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire KB No.25 Special Purpose Acquisition Company (KOSDAQ:A455250) in a reverse merger transaction for KRW 2.1 billion on July 4, 2024. The consideration consists of 0.83 million common equity of Sensortec Co., Ltd. to be issued for common equity of KB No.25 Special Purpose Acquisition Company at an exchange ratio of 0.193078. The deal is subject to approval from shareholders of KB No.25 Special Purpose Acquisition Company.

The deal is expected to be completed on December 9, 2024.
