KB Home announced the opening of Northgate, its latest gated community of single-family new homes in Gibsonton. Northgate’s commuter-friendly location offers easy access to Interstate 75, Selmon Expressway, and U.S. Routes 301 and 41, making it convenient to major employment centers in downtown Tampa, Brandon and Tampa International Airport. Northgate is situated near several Hillsborough County parks, which feature softball fields, picnic areas, playgrounds and basketball courts.
