DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

Reference is made to the announcement dated 20 November 2018 (the "Announcement") of Kasen International Holdings Limited (the "Company") in relation to, among others, a continuing connected transaction and discloseable transaction. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

As disclosed in the Announcement, the circular containing, among others, details of the 2018 CCT Master Agreement, the recommendation of the Independent Board Committee, the advice of the Independent Financial Adviser and a notice of the EGM (the "Circular"), will be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 10 December 2018.

As additional time is required to finalise the contents of the Circular, the date of despatch of the Circular will be postponed to on or before 13 December 2018.
