Kangaroo Resources Limited ("Kangaroo" or the "Company") advises that Mr Russell Neil has resigned from his role both as Managing Director of the Company and as a Director with immediate effect for personal reasons.

The Board will announce its plans for a replacement Managing Director / CEO as soon as it is in a position to do so. The Board expresses its thanks to Mr Neil for his tireless efforts since his appointment as a Non-Executive Director in June 2011 and subsequently as Managing Director since May 2016.
