RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Director(s)") of Kaisa Health Group Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that, Ms. Zhao Ai ("Ms. Zhao") ceased to be the chief financial officer of the Company (the "Chief Financial Officer") with effect from 14 October 2019.

Ms. Zhao has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there are no other matters relating to her resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to Ms. Zhao for her contributions to the Company during her term of service.
