PROFIT WARNING

This announcement is made by the Company pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Listing Rules and the Inside Information Provisions under Part XIVA of the SFO.

The Board wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company and potential investors that the Group is expected to record a further loss within the range of approximately HK$70 million to HK$90 million for the six months ended 30 June 2020 as compared with the loss of approximately HK$20 million for the same corresponding period in 2019. The loss is mainly attributable to the decrease in revenue, revaluation losses on investment properties and the increase in share of losses of associates.

Shareholders of the Company and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.

This announcement is made by Kader Holdings Company Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571) (the "SFO").
