Jinhua Capital Corporation announced that resignation of Zahir Dhanani as board of directors, as the chairman and as the CEO, effective January 08, 2016. The company appointed Mr. Robert Naso will be assuming the role of CEO as the company looks for a replacement. The board of directors of the company now consists of three directors, namely Robert Naso, Francis Leong, and Johnny Pak.
The company expects to appoint a fourth director to replace Mr. Dhanani in the near future.
