CHANGE IN COMPOSITION OF THE REMUNERATION COMMITTEE

The board of directors (the "Board") of Jiayuan International Group Limited (the "Company") hereby announces the following changes with effect from 29 March 2021:

• 1. Ms. Cheuk Hiu Nam, a Joint Company Secretary and an Executive Director of the Company, has ceased to act as a member of the remuneration committee of the Board; and

• 2. Mr. Zhang Yi, a Vice Chairman and an Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee of the Board.

Following the aforesaid changes, the members of the remuneration committee of the Board will be Dr. Cheung Wai Bun, Charles, JP (Chairman), Mr. Tai Kwok Leung, Alexander and Mr. Zhang Yi.
