Suzhou Weimai Core Materials Semiconductor Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 66,000,000 in an equity round of funding on March 19, 2021. The transaction will involve participation from Jiangsu Yawei Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002559) for 18.561% stake, Suzhou Yawei Xingming Venture Capital Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), a fund managed by Yanghzou Yawei Smart Manufacturing Investment Co., Ltd. for 7.954% stake, Jiangsu Jiequan Yawei Fengying Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Fund (L.P.), a fund managed by Jiangsu Fengying Manufacturing Capital Management Co., Ltd. for 18.561% stake, and Suzhou Yahe Yahan Optoelectronics Industry Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) for 24.924% stake. Of the total amount, CNY 2,333,333 will go towards the registered capital, and the remaining CNY 63,666,677 will go towards the capital reserve of the company. Post completion of the capital increase, the registered capital will be increased from CNY 1,000,000 to CNY 3,333,333. The transaction has been approved by the 14th meeting of the 5th board of directors of Jiangsu Yawei Machine Tool Co., Ltd.
