Jack Chia Industries Public Company Limited Approves Dividend for the Year 2018, Payable on April 29, 2019; Elects Parith Rungsimanond as Director

Jack Chia Industries (Thailand) Public Company Limited announced that at its annual general meeting held on April 4, 2019, approved the dividend payment at THB 4.20 per share, totaling 13,500,000 shares for the total amount of THB 56,700,000 on April 29, 2019.

The company also approved the election of Mr. Parith Rungsimanond as Director of the company.
