Pushpanjali Investrade Private Limited, whose objection to the Proposed Transaction was disposed of by SEBI after considering submissions made by the Company, has now appealed to the Securities Appellate Tribunal, inter alia, against such disposal.

It may further be noted that there are no expected financial implications on the Company as a result of the aforesaid development.
