BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited announced January 2014 cash distribution of $0.05330 per unit of iShares U.S. High Dividend Equity Index Fund (CAD-Hedged). Unitholders of record of a fund on January 28, 2014 will receive cash distributions payable in respect of that fund on January 31, 2014.
