Dingtai Sifang Fubao Growth No. 2 Private Securities Investment Fund managed by Dingtai Sifang Asset Management Co., Ltd. signed a share transfer agreement to acquire 6.38% stake in Invengo Information Technology Co.,Ltd. from Xu Yusuo and Chen Guangzhu for CNY 200 million.

Dingtai Sifang Fubao Growth No. 2 Private Securities Investment Fund managed by Dingtai Sifang (Shenzhen) Asset Management Co., Ltd. signed a share transfer agreement to acquire 6.38% stake in Invengo Information Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002161) from Xu Yusuo and Chen Guangzhu for CNY 200 million on July 1, 2024. Dingtai Sifang will acquire 47.2 million shares for CNY 4.16.

The trasnaction is subject to the compliance confirmation of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and the relevant procedures for the transfer of the share agreement at the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited.
