Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. Appoints Jaime G. Sanchez as Data Protection Officer

The Board of Directors of Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. approved the appointment of Mr. Jaime G. Sanchez as the company's Data Protection Officer to perform the duties mandated and required by applicable laws. This is concurrent with the other positions of Mr. Sanchez as the company's Vice President, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Group Controller and Compliance Officer. Effective date of appointment is June 21, 2017.
Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (IMI) is a provider of electronics manufacturing services (EMS) and power semiconductor assembly and test services. The Companyâs geographical segments are segregated as follows: Philippines, China, Europe, Mexico, Germany/UK, and USA/Japan/Singapore/IMI UK.
