Infront AS announced that Eli Cathrine Disch has resigned from her role as CFO of the group, to pursue other opportunities outside of the Infront group. Infront would like to thank Eli for her valuable service and contributions and wishes her all the very best in her future endeavors. Eli will remain in her role until June 30th, 2024, in order to contribute to a smooth handover to her successor.

Paul Schmidt has been appointed as the new CFO of the Company and will take the role from July 1st, 2024. Paul Schmidt has extensive hands-on CFO-experience from leading PE-organizations through business transformation and growth. Prior experience also includes serving as CFO of Motif Investing, a fintech startup backed by venture capital, Goldman Sachs, and J.P. Morgan.

Previously, Paul enjoyed a long career with Microsoft as a division CFO and in various financial roles based in Europe, Latin America, and the U.S. Paul has demonstrated repeated success in building and leading high-performance teams and moving at start-up speed in high-growth environments. He will be responsible for directing the financial management of Infront and providing leadership and oversight of all accounting, reporting, controlling, and financial planning functions.
