CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Further to the announcement made by Infrastructure Commodities (Mauritius) Ltd ('ICML' or the 'Company') on 09 November 2021 with regards to the appointment of BIT Associates as auditors of the Company, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the audit of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020 is still in progress primarily due to the fact that the audit of the underlying subsidiary of the Company has not yet been completed.

The Company has consequently applied for an additional extension from the SEM to complete and file the audited accounts for the period ended 31 December 2020 and the quarterly reports for the period ending 31 March 2021, 30 June 2021 and 30 September 2021 respectively (the 'Relevant Accounts').

The board of the Company wishes to confirm that the Company hasobtained approval from the SEM for the requested extension to file the Relevant Accounts by the 6th of April 2022.

In the meantime, the public is advised to take cautionary measures when dealing with the shares of the Company.
