Stenprop Limited acquired Venture Park in Peterborough from Catalyst Capital LLP.

Stenprop Limited (JSE:STP) acquired Venture Park in Peterborough from Catalyst Capital LLP in December 2017. In related transaction, Stenprop Limited acquired Souterhead Industrial Estate in Aberdeen from M&G Real Estate and Coningsby Park in Peterborough from Thomas Cook, for which, Stenprop Limited paid an aggregate price of £13.5 million for all three transactions. Stenprop Limited also secured a new £50 million revolving credit facility from Investec Bank PLC to fund further acquisitions. Buchanan Bond, Ereira Mendoza and AGL acted as real estate advisor whereas Gowling WLG (UK) LLP and Pinsent Masons acted as legal advisor to Stenprop Limited. Stenprop Limited (JSE:STP) completed the acquisition of Venture Park in Peterborough from Catalyst Capital LLP in December 2017.
