We write to advise that Mrs Ramona Brown has relinquished her managerial oversight duties as the Ocho Rios Branch Manager. This change was effective April 30, 2024. Ramona's decision does not impact her other role as a Sonographer with the Company and the change will allow her to focus her contribution in this area, providing mentorship as needed to other Sonographers.

Both the Board and the wider management team use this opportunity to acknowledge Ramona's dedication and contribution. Her leadership of the Ocho Rios Branch since inception was a tremendous asset to the Company and we thank her for serving with passion and ensuring that the Apex Radiology brand became a household name, serving the diagnostic imaging needs of the people of St Ann and surrounding communities.
