NEUMANN Co., Ltd., Mie Nanbu Driving School and Sun Sun School agreed to acquire 42% stake in VNJ Stock Company from IDICO Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company for approximately ¥190 million.

NEUMANN Co., Ltd., Mie Nanbu Driving School and Sun Sun School agreed to acquire 42% stake in VNJ Stock Company from IDICO Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company (HOSE:HTI) for approximately ¥190 million on September 1, 2015. Neumann will acquire 1.38 million shares in VNJ Stock Company at a price of ¥100 per share, of which, 0.38 million shares will be transferred to Solxyz after the acquisition. Mie Nanbu Driving School and Sun Sun School will acquire 0.51 million shares of VNJ Stock Company for ¥51 million.

The transaction is expected to close on November 1, 2015.
