Ideagen : confirm Middle East and Asia seminar

'Ideagen Horizons' will take place in Dubai and cater for users of the company's Q-Pulse software

Ideagen, the UK-based software company, is to host an exclusive customer event in Dubai to cater for clients across the Middle East and Asia.

The one-day 'Horizons Seminar' event will be aimed at users of Ideagen's Q-Pulse software, the company's quality, compliance, safety and operational risk management product.

Q-Pulse is Ideagen's most successful software application and is used by thousands of organisations globally, with several hundred based in the Middle East and Asia.

Ben Dorks, Ideagen's Chief Customer Officer (CCO), said the 'Horizons' event will allow delegates to 'explore the hidden depths' of Q-Pulse.

He said: 'We are delighted to host this event once again and are looking forward to welcoming our clients based in the Middle East and Asia to 'Ideagen Horizons' 2018.

'Exclusively for Q-Pulse users, the event is eagerly awaited each year as it brings together customers from many industries to share their product experiences. At Horizons, they can learn about - and witness first hand - what's new with Ideagen and Q-Pulse and network with their fellow peers.'

Mr Dorks continued: 'The 'Horizons' seminar gives users the chance to hear from internal experts, network with fellow users, learn best practices and enhance their product knowledge.'

The 'Horizons Seminar' will take place at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah hotel in Dubai on Monday, March 5^th. Delegates can expect insights into the Q-Pulse product roadmap, informative masterclass sessions and Q&A opportunities. There will also be special presentations from fellow Q-Pulse users in the region.

This year's 'Horizons' event is the first to be hosted by the company this calendar year, with Dubai's Middle East and Asia conference being followed by similar events in the US and Europe.

The conference comes a few months after the company launched its internal 'Customer Success' campaign - a Group-wide initiative designed to ensure every Ideagen client achieves its desired outcome through software and services.
