HyUnion Holding Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002537) signed contract to acquire 75% stake in Shanghai Heda Auto Accessory Co., Ltd. from Weichai Power Co., Ltd. (SEHK:2338) for approximately CNY 190 million on December 8, 2017. The stake is being acquired by participating in public bidding. The consideration will be satisfied from own funds. Shandong Property Rights Exchange Center and the Board of Directors of HyUnion Holding Co., Ltd. approved the deal.
