Dear Directors and Managers Stock Exchange of Thailand

According to the 2 0 2 2 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Hydrotek Public Company Limited ("the Company"), held on 25 April 2022, it was resolved to approve the reduction of the registered capital and paid-up capital of the Company in the amount of 311,925,504.00 baht from the registered capital 623,851,008.00 baht, a new registered capital of 3 1 1 ,9 2 5 ,5 0 4 . 0 0 baht by reducing the number of shares 3 1 1 ,9 2 5 ,5 0 4 shares with a par value of 1 baht per share to be in accordance with the ratio of 2 existing shares to 1 common share after the capital reduction (2:1) to clear the accumulated loss of the Company.

In order to comply with Section 141 of the Public Limited Companies Act B.E. 2535 ( including any amendments), the Company has published the resolution of capital reduction in newspapers since April 2 6 - 2 8 , 2 0 2 2 , along with sending a written notice. The resolution of the capital reduction is to the creditors of the Company. To be informed from April 26 , 2022 and the last creditor received a notice of the resolution on April 28, 2022. In this regard, the period for submitting the objection to the resolution for the reduction of creditors' capital has ended on June 28, 2022. It appears that none of the creditors objected to the resolution. reduce the company's capital in any way

Therefore, the company has proceeded to reduce the capital. by reducing the number of shares to compensate for accumulated losses which affects the number of shares held by each shareholder and the number of shares of the Company in the trading system The Board of Directors Meeting No. 2/2022, convened on February 28, 2022, resolved to request the Stock Exchange of Thailand to prohibit the trading of the Company's securities (SP) from July 4 , 2 0 2 2 onwards until the Company will register the capital reduction with the Ministry of Commerce and completed the process of capital reduction
