APPOINTMENT OF PROVISIONAL LIQUIDATORS

This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 13.09(1) and 13.25(1)(b) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("Listing Rules").

On 18 July 2019, an Order ("PL Order") was granted by the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("High Court") appointing Mr Chan Ho Yin, Michael and Ms Chi Lai Man Jocelyn, both of Borrelli Walsh Limited, as provisional liquidators of the Company ("Provisional Liquidators") with power to act jointly and severally in their capacity.

Pursuant to an order made by the High Court, the PL Order was stayed until a hearing of any application by the Company or Bull's Eye Limited for permission to appeal the PL Order. On 26 July 2019 and 2 August 2019, applications made by the Company for permission to appeal the PL Order were both rejected by the High Court and the Court of Appeal respectively. Accordingly, there is no longer any stay of the PL Order and the PL Order has become effective from 3 August 2019.

The Provisional Liquidators are empowered to, inter alia, operate the Company's business operations, secure the assets of the Company, investigate its affairs and those of entities in which the Company holds an interest. Further announcements will be made as and when appropriate.

Trading in the shares of the Company has been suspended since 27 September 2016 and will remain suspended until further notice.
