The Fund was constituted as a closed condominium, with an indefinite term and aims to provide Quota holders with the profitability of their Quotas, mainly through long-term real estate investments, consistent with: The acquisition of Real Estate Assets, for subsequent lease, lease or sale; Investment in Other Assets; Aiming to make the investments made by the Quota holders profitable through the payment of remuneration arising from the exploitation of the Fund's Real Estate Assets; The rise in the equity value of the Quotas arising from the Fund's Assets; And or subsequent sale, in cash or in installments, of the Assets that compose the Fund's portfolio.
