On January 12, 2018, Hoylu AB (publ) (OM:HOYLU) closed the transaction. The company issued 1,015,823 shares at a price of SEK 5.67 per shares of gross proceeds of SEK 5,759,716.41 in its first tranche close and 1,828,183 shares at a price of SEK 5.50 per shares for gross proceeds of SEK 10,055,006.5 in its second tranche close.
