Bohemian Financing Zartkoruen Mukodo Reszvenytarsasag and Topaz d.o.o. launched an offer to acquire remaining 13.44% stake in Hoteli Jadran d.d. (ZGSE:HJDR) from a group of shareholders for HRK 0.01 million on December 23, 2020. As a part of offer Bohemian Financing Zartkoruen Mukodo Reszvenytarsasag and Topaz d.o.o. will acquire 14,398 voting shares at a price of HRK 1 per share. The transaction has been approved by The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency, HANFA. The offer will be valid until January 25, 2021.
