Hosa International Limited Appoints Wang Yao as Independent Non-Executive Director and a Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of Hosa International Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Wang Yao as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company with effect from 9 May 2014.
