Hosa International Limited announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the ten months ended October 31, 2015. The group recorded a decline in sales revenue and profit attributable to shareholders of approximately 15.0% and approximately 51.8% for the four months from 1 July to 31 October 2015 as compared to the same period in 2014. The group recorded a growth of an unaudited revenue and profit attributable to shareholders of 14.2% and 11.9% respectively for the six months ended 30 June 2015 as compared to the same period in 2014; the unaudited revenue for ten months ended 31 October 2015 only grew by approximately 1.4% as compared to the same period in 2014, and the unaudited profit attributable to shareholders for ten months ended 31 October 2015 dropped by approximately 14.6% as compared to the same period in 2014. The Board considers that the decrease in sales revenue and profit attributable to shareholders for the four months from 1 July 2015 to 31 October 2015 is mainly attributable to the significant decline in the sales revenue of sports underwear and increase in marketing expenses.

The group expected to record a substantial decrease in profit for the year ending December 31, 2015 as compared to that of the same period in 2014.
