HomeServe USA (HomeServe), a leading provider of home emergency repair plans, today announced the addition of Betty Montgomery and Mike Frosch as independent directors to its U.S. Board of Directors. The new directors will provide an external perspective and will advise the board on continued use of industry best practices in the areas of regulatory compliance, marketing and customer service.

Betty Montgomery has a distinguished record of achievement in public service, particularly in the field of consumer advocacy. Ms. Montgomery served for two terms as Ohio's Attorney General, where she received national recognition for excellence in service and advocacy in several areas. She has a long record of leadership as the first woman Auditor of State in Ohio and Ohio's first female Attorney General. Ms. Montgomery also successfully led the Wood County Prosecutor's Office in directing a 250% increase in felony convictions and served as a State Senator for the 2nd District in Northwestern Ohio.

Mike Frosch is the founder and President of Personal Safeguards Group, a warranty and specialty insurance consulting and brokerage firm serving the affinity, retail and manufacturing industries. Previously, Mr. Frosch served as the President of The Warranty Group and Chairman and President of Virginia Surety Company where he led the global units and all business lines across appliance, electronic, home warranty, automotive, financial services and specialty insurance business. Prior to leading The Warranty Group, Mr. Frosch was the Executive Vice President and Operations Officer for Niteo Partners, an NEC Company specializing in professional services consulting and systems integration, and was the Senior Vice President of Sales & Operations for electronics retailer The Wiz.
