Home Product Center Public Company Limited announced that Mr. Apilas Osatananda has resigned from Director, Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee due to his other business engagement which cause him unable to in charge in these positions. The resignation will be effective from October 1, 2014 onwards.
