Hi Sharp Electronics Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 233.47 million compared to TWD 277.76 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 6.1 million compared to TWD 21.69 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.15 compared to TWD 0.53 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.15 compared to TWD 0.53 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 487.29 million compared to TWD 525.08 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 18.51 million compared to TWD 34.76 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.45 compared to TWD 0.85 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.45 compared to TWD 0.84 a year ago.
Hi Sharp Electronics Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of electronic monitoring products.
