On December 22, 2014, Hale Capital Partners disclosed that on November 4, 2014, it submitted in accordance with the Stanley Furniture Co. Inc's Bylaws a written notice and request for nomination of 2 candidates, Robert E. Allen and Jeffrey S. Gilliam, for election to the Board of Directors of the Company at the Company's 2015 annual meeting of stockholders.
