Headlam Group plc Appoints Stephen Bird as Non-Executive Director and in Company's Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees, Effective 13 September 2021

Headlam Group plc announced the appointment of Stephen Bird to the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 13 September 2021. Stephen is Group Chief Executive of The Vitec Group plc. He is also a Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director of Dialight plc. Stephen will join the Company's Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees from the effective date.
