Resignation of Director
Carpentaria Resources Limited (ASX: CAP) advises that Ms Linda Lau has tendered her resignation as a Director, effective immediately. Ms Lau has resigned for personal reasons.
Mr Bryan Granzien, the Carpentaria Executive Chairman, thanked Ms Lau for her contributions to the Company and wished her all of the best for the future.
